Return policy
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

We can only collect returns within the same country to which your order was originally shipped. Additional import duties may apply if you need to return your purchase from a country other than the original shipping address.

Designer packaging such as authenticity cards, samples, and dust bags are also considered part of the product and must be returned.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If the delivered product is renewed without further notice. (Even if the image of the received product is different from the previous version, it cannot be returned.)
